Personal Computer Hardware Policy

Mandates the implementation of the Personal Computer Hardware Specifications and the establishment of formal Works Orders for Personal Computer Hardware requiring repairs or upgrade. Applies to any Personal Computer Hardware procured for use in the Public Sector. This Policy supersedes the Desktop Hardware Policy and Directive v1.0.

Corporate Desktop Software List (CDSL) Maintenece Procedure

This Procedure, previously known as the Corporate Software Evaluation Procedure, outlines the evaluation process that shall be followed by the Agent and that would result in a decision regarding a software product's suitability to be considered as Corporate. Involves, and therefore applies, to the various functions within the Agency that are needed to conduct such an evaluation. This version adds a process related to the removal of a software product from the Corporate Desktop Software List.
